When you submit a booking, we collect your name, contact details, selected plan, booking slot, booking reference, and payment proof/screenshot shared for verification.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this data to create your booking, verify payment, confirm your slot, and provide support over WhatsApp/email.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Booking and verification data is stored in Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with restricted access for operational use only.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as required for booking operations, payment verification, support, and dispute handling.
